The following terms ensure a fair, safe, and well-curated experience for all members. By purchasing a membership or ticket, you accept these terms.

1. Membership and Event Access

Membership gives access to Süda’s events, but does not guarantee entry to every event.

Attendance always requires an RSVP, and participation depends on availability and Süda’s discretion.

Süda curates its program and may adjust the schedule, content, and number of events at any time.

Süda is committed to a respectful and vibrant community. Membership may be revoked without refund if these terms are breached, including inappropriate behavior.

2. Code of Conduct

Members must contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, or any violation of Swedish law leads to immediate termination of membership without refund.

3. Payments and Right of Withdrawal

Memberships and event tickets are classified as “tickets” under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) and are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

Payments are non-refundable. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure confirmation is received after purchase.

All payments are processed securely:

Via Confetti AB when purchasing on Confetti.

Via Stripe when purchasing through Stripe checkout.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Confetti’s or Stripe’s general terms and conditions.

4. Amendments

Süda may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms apply immediately and are published on this page. Members are responsible for staying informed.

5. Liability

Participation in Süda’s events is at your own risk.

Süda is not responsible for injuries, lost belongings, or other incidents occurring during events.

6. Membership Denial

Süda reserves the right to deny membership or event participation without explanation.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Süda processes your personal data in line with GDPR.

1. Data Collection

We collect the information you provide when applying for membership or tickets, including:

Name

Contact details

Any other data submitted in the application

2. Data Usage

Your data is used only for:

Managing memberships and event participation

Sending relevant communications about events and updates

Improving our services

3. Data Sharing

Süda does not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

Data is shared only when required by law, or with service providers for essential functions (e.g., payment processing by Confetti or Stripe).

4. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of your personal data.

Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate information.

Deletion: Request deletion of your data, unless it must be kept for legal reasons.

Withdraw consent: Where applicable, withdraw your consent to data processing.

6. Policy Updates

Süda may update this Privacy Policy. Updates take effect immediately once published.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to purchases made through Confetti AB must first be addressed to Confetti’s support.

Disputes related to purchases made through Stripe must be addressed via Stripe’s support system.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through Confetti or Stripe, it shall be settled under Swedish law in the courts of Stockholm.
